MATCH-UP SHABBAT LUNCH - 4/6

Join the DC Minyan community for a Match-Up Shabbat Lunch on April 6. Whether you are new to DC Minyan or have been a member for years, this event is a great opportunity to meet new people over a delicious Shabbat meal. DC Minyan provides the food, hosts provide the table, and guests provide the company! Note that catered meals will be fleishig with vegan options. Please register here by Sunday, March 31 as a host or by Tuesday, April 2 as a guest.

Contact the Hospitality Committee at hospitality@dcminyan.org with any questions.

HAGBAH CLASS

Have you ever watched someone lift the Torah and think, "Wow, I would love to be able to do that"? Well, now is your chance to learn! The Gabbai Committee is putting together a Hagbah class, led by our frequent lifters, where you can learn the technique for lifting our Torah (for all genders - it's more about technique than upper body strength!) and get the chance to practice in a low-pressure environment. The class will be offered after davening on a DC Minyan Shabbat morning and will not cut too much into your Kiddush schmoozing time.  Please fill out this form if you are (noncommittally) interested in participating!

Sign Up for the DC Minyan Shabbaton - 5/17–19
